Chelating and Dispersing Agent
Properties:
XT-540 is a multipurpose organic complex with the function of softening water. It can be used as chelating agent in scouring and bleaching process; as leveling agent and dispersing agent in active dye, direct dye and VAT dye. It is equivalent to Hanker 540.

Usage:
1. Scouring auxiliaries
The dosage is 1-4g/L
2. Bleaching auxiliaries
When added into bleaching liquor, it has a good chelating ability with Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, and prevent the reduction of fabric strength and holes, also improves the whiteness. XT-540 can seal off the metal ions, so it controls indirectly the decomposition speed of hydrogen peroxide. The dosage is 2-3g/L.
3. Dyeing auxiliary
When dyeing, XT-540 can effectively chelate with Ca, Mg in the dye liquor. It can disperse effectively dye and coating, prevent the sediment of dye, and make the dye more vivid and darker. The dosage is 1-2g/L
4. When soaping, XT-540 can prevent the white color from defiling. The dosage is 1-2g/L
5. When used as water softener, the dosage is 0.05-0.1g/L
Package and Storage:
Normally in 25kg plastic drum, but IBC drum can also be used as required. Storage for six months for neutral product and ten months for acidic product in room shady and dry places.
