Efficient COD Removal Agent

Properties:
COD removal agent is a new developed water purifying agent. The product is adaptable to changes of temperature, turbidity, alkalinity and organic content of raw water, and has a good removal effect of COD in the water. According to experiments, it can remove more than 90% COD in water.

Applications:
(1) It is suitable for many kinds of industrial wastewater, such as printing ink, surface treatment, coating, papermaking, foodstuff, printing and dyeing, tanning, etc. It can remove the stubborn COD with organics in the later stage of wastewater treatment.
(2) It is also suitable for dehydration of many kinds of deep sludge.

Usage:
(1) Before using, dilute the product with concentration of 10%, pump it to the reaction tank, regulation pool or discharge outlet;
(2) Dilute with ordinary tap water and no need to be heated.
(3)It is suitable for a wide range of pH values (3 to 11), dosage is generally 0.2-1 kg / ton in sewage treatment. For the best results and economic benefits, we suggest making the best solution according to the experiments (take some waster water, such as regulation pool water, drainage water). After adding the certain amount of COD removal agent, stirring for 15 seconds, then measure COD value to determine the dosage.
(4) It can be used alone or with a variety of flocculants, coagulants. It has the best effect under weakly acidic conditions.

Storage and packaging:
(1) It is slightly corrosive, operator should wear protective equipment to ensure the safety. Prevent from water, heat, sun, rain;
(2) It is general dangerous goods. Cannot be used with toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and various dangerous goods;
(3) It is suitable for long-time storage, should be handled with care. If catch fire, it can be put out with water or with the fire extinguisher.
(4) Packaged with 25 kg kraft bag, or as every client's requirement.
