Corrosion Inhibitor (for High Temperature Acidification)

Properties:
With the deepening of the oil and gas exploration, more and more high temperature wells appear. For example, there are a lot of 5000 meters deep wells of downhole temperature up to 150 ℃. At the same time, with the construction of offshore oil field, also appear a lot of high temperature well. According to the high temperature well acidizing corrosion problem, we develop the XT - 105 corrosion inhibitor for high temperature. The main ingredients of XT-105 is organic amine. The aldehyde amine ketone condensation is main ingredient and it combines with many other kinds of surface active agents. This product is acid soluble with low core permeability damage, low viscosity, and without excitant odor. It is convenience to use on site. It can be used for high temperature concentrated hydrochloric acid and acidizing treatment of mud acid. This product is mainly used in oil well casing corrosion and other acidizing operations during the acidizing fracturing process of oil field and oil gas. It is suitable for 15% ~ 28% hydrochloric acid or mud acid. The operating temperature can’t be higher than 18 ℃.

Usage:
Put this product in acid solution, stir evenly, then operate according to acidification process requirements.
Recommended dosage for acid content is 0.5% - 1% (90 ℃), 1% - 3% (180 ℃)

Packaging and Storage:
200 kg plastic drum. This product is inflammable, so it must be stored in a cool, ventilated place. The storage period is 12 month. During the loading, unloading, transport, it is prohibit to inverse or impact in order to avoid leakage.

Safety Protection:
XT-105 has little irritation to skin. In case of contact with skin, please wash with alcohol.
