Sodium Polyacrylate

Properties:
XT-1100 is the homopolymer of low molecular polyacrylic acid and its correspondent salts. Free of phosphate, it can be used in situations of low or none content of phosphate. XT-1100 can be used as high effective scale inhibitor for sugar processing. XT-1100 obtains the scale inhibition effect by dispersing calcium carbonate or calcium sulfate in water system. XT-1100 is an ordinary used dispersant, it can be used as scale inhibitor and dispersant in circulating cooling water system. It is also used in the industries of papermaking, textile, dyeing, ceramics and pigments, etc. (the properties are equal to RohmHaas Co. ACUMER 1100)

Usage:
When it used alone, the dosage of 10-30mg/L is preferred. As dispersant in other fields, the dosage should be determined by experiment.

Package and Storage:
200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L), or as customers’ requirement. Storage for ten months in shady room and dry place

Safety Protection:
It is a weak acid. Avoid contact with eye and skin. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
